Joined the Objektforum Karlsruhe on monday listening to a presentation from
Joseph Pelrine, a well known name in the Smalltalk community as well as in the XP and SCRUM area. It was quite interesting but more entertaining. Joseph didn't find the time to go into more details, the presentation was an extract from a 1 day training he's doing for companies compressed to 2 hours.
Anyway, afterwards I had some really interesting discussions with some other developers regarding XP in the real world. I was surprised to hear that Pair Programming can really work even in teams with 6 developers.
